Free US Shipping

Every order ships free within the United States. We ship to all countries, and orders to the US and Canada arrive fastest. Shipping rates for orders outside the US are shown at checkout.

Processing time

Please allow about a week for processing. You'll get an email with a tracking number when your order ships.

Delivery time

After it ships, US and Canada orders arrive in 3–7 business days. Orders to other countries take longer, and the estimate is shown at checkout.

Tracking your order

Use the tracking link in your shipping email, or visit kountr.shop/pages/track-order. If you have any trouble, email kountrsupport@gmail.com with your order number and we'll reply within 1 business day.

Wrong address

If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, email us right away. We can update it as long as the order hasn't shipped.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or it shows delivered and you can't find it, email kountrsupport@gmail.com and we'll help you sort it out with the carrier.
