Warranty against defects

If the counter fails from a defect in parts or workmanship within 1 year of delivery, we repair or replace it.

What the 1-year warranty covers

  • The counter stops powering on, feeding or counting under normal use
  • Sensors, motor, screens or buttons that fail from a manufacturing defect
  • The customer display included in the box

What it doesn't cover

  • Damage from drops, liquid, power surges or opening the housing
  • Misreads caused by dust on the sensors (the Care Kit keeps them clean)
  • Normal wear on rubber feed rollers
  • Bills that are too damaged to feed, such as heavily taped, torn or wet notes

How to make a claim

  1. Email kountrsupport@gmail.com with your order number and a short phone video of the problem.
  2. We reply within 1 business day and start with the quick checks, like a sensor cleaning, before anything ships.
  3. If it's a defect, we send a replacement unit. The replacement ships free. If we need the faulty unit back, we'll tell you where to send it.

Returning it in the first 30 days?
