30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If your Kountr isn't the money counter you hoped for, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, for any reason.
How to return
- Email kountrsupport@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back. We reply within 1 business day with return instructions.
- Pack the counter with everything that came in the box, including the customer display and cables. The original packaging is preferred.

Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend a trackable shipping method, because we can't refund a return that doesn't reach us.
Refunds
We issue your refund to your original payment method as soon as your return arrives. Your bank may take a few days to post it.
Kits and add-ons
The Print-Ready Kit and add-ons (receipt printer, paper rolls, cash pouch, Care Kit) can be returned the same way within 30 days of delivery.
Damaged or defective on arrival
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't work out of the box, email kountrsupport@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos or a short video. We send a replacement at no cost to you.
After 30 days
